Around the clock telephone coverage with complete English language fluency
Personnel training in the Woship Extranet Database assuring capabilities to access and post real-time operational information consistent each customer’s requirements
Local / regional legal resources to provide our customers with regular updates on tariffs, port information and local restrictions impacting vessel operations
Maintain ISO Quality certificates and demonstrate ongoing strict compliance with all safety regulations
Local agencies with extensive experience and proven professional expertise
Civil responsibility coverage by an international P&I club (ITIC membership).
Best practices internal code, consistently followed by all personnel.
